Aphrodite is a 3 bedroom, 3 Bathroom Detached Villa located on the popular Regina Gardens 1 complex in Tomb of the Kings, Paphos. A spacious, open plan property with a private garden and balcony with Sea Views. The Kitchen is fully equipped including Washing Machine, with an open plan Living Room with Dining area. The Living accommodation has Ceiling Fans to keep the room cool during the hotter periods together with Air-Conditioning. Both Patio Doors have Shutters and Fly screens to aid personal comfort. Full Wi-Fi is included together with Internet streamed TV and comprehensive Movie Library. There is a downstairs guest toilet. The upstairs comprises three Double Bedrooms each accommodation Double Bed (Master) and Single beds to second & third rooms. Both the Master and 2nd Bedroom have Patio Doors leading out to Balcony with Sea Views. The Master Bedroom has En-suite Bathroom with Bath with Shower over, together with the Family Bathroom having single Shower Cubicle. All Bedrooms are fitted with Air-Conditioning and Ceiling Fans. The Bathrooms are fitted with pressurised, heated Water System. This is an extremely well furnished, comfortable Villa that will easily accommodate a large family. With the main pool area only 100m from the property this offers quieter, relaxed living when needed and the liveliness of the sun by the pool!
